Event Description Artists and "wanna-be" artists are invited to the 4th Annual Chalk the Walk Artsplosion, where participants are encouraged to decorate the Virginia Beach Boardwalk with 4 x 4 foot chalk drawings.  Age and skill divisions divide artists into appropriate groups for competition purposes.  Cash prizes and trophies are awarded to winners.  Even the audience gets in to the act when they get to vote on the "Best of the Boardwalk.".  This event is free and open to the public.  For more information, visit beachstreetusa.com.
