| Are your rates per night/per Guest? |
|
|
After you have selected your dates, the price displayed is the total price inclusive of all the nights you requested and all of your hotel taxes. Most packages include meal vouchers and/or attraction tickets. The price displayed also includes these items and are for the maximum occupancy of the room. |

| How can you offer such low prices? |
|
|
Gold Key Vacations holds strong relationships with local oceanfront hotels
and restaurants. As a result, we're able to pass on substantial savings to
our guests. Since we can't pick up the resort and take it to you, we bring
you to see our resort in hopes that maybe you'll stay with us in the future or
at the least, go home and say good things about us to your family and
friends. This is the primary way we spend our marketing dollars. We
believe that word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. |

| Can you tell me about your company? |

has the only 5 Star Resorts in Virginia Beach. The Clarion, Turtle Cay
and Boardwalk resorts are all sold out and we are currently marketing our
brand-new $100 million resort, the Ocean Beach Club.
We're the #1 resort group in Virginia Beach, with over 20,000 Owners. Our
sister company, Professional Hospitality Resources (PHR), operates several
oceanfront hotels as well as five of the top restaurants. We're
members of the Better Business Bureau, Partners with the City of Virginia Beach, and

| Is this timeshare and do I have to attend a presentation? |
|
|
Yes, it is. Gold
Key Resorts is one of the fastest growing hotel and vacation ownership
companies in the country because our vacation plans provide a way for families
to spend quality time together in a 5-Star vacation condo at an affordable
cost. When you book a vacation with us, you will have the unique
opportunity to attend an approximate 90-120 minute presentation of the Ocean Beach
Club resort. There is no purchase obligation, but if quality family
time and saving money is important to you, then you will definitely enjoy and
benefit from your presentation! In most cases, the presentation is
scheduled for the morning after your arrival date, but will be confirmed once
you check in to our Welcome Center. |

| Can children attend the presentation? |
|
|
Yes, children may attend the timeshare presentation with you or you may enroll them in the care of a qualified childcare associate. The childcare center is located adjacent to the presentation room and includes a TV with cartoons, board games, toys etc. Please note: Childcare is only available for ages two years and older. |

| How do I become a Gold Key Owner? |
|
|
Our discounted Virginia Beach vacation packages include an approximate 90-120 minute presentation of our latest resort, the Ocean Beach Club. During the presentation, you will see all of the wonderful amenities that the Ocean Beach Club has to offer and learn about the benefits of vacation ownership. You will be given an opportunity to join the Gold Key family if you desire. |

| What is your reschedule/cancellation policy? |
|
|
Guests will be allowed to reschedule their Virginia Beach vacation package one time, subject to a minimum of 14 days notice. All Guests who reschedule will be subject to a $50 fully refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned in the form of a check at the conclusion of the presentation. Guests who choose to cancel, do not show, or do not qualify will incur an additional $59 charge. |

| What are check-in and check-out times? |
|
|
Times vary, depending on the hotel. However, check-in for most hotels is 4pm and check-out time for most hotels is 10am. |

| Do you allow pets? |
|
|
Because we maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, we do not contract with hotels that allow pets. However, our vacation planners would be happy to refer you to a reputable Virginia Beach pet kennel. |

| Can I get two rooms or a group rate? |
|
|
Due to the substantial savings, we can only offer one room per travel party. You may contact our hotel reservation partner, 1-800-ROOMSVB if you would like to purchase more than one room. |

| Why do you have qualifications? |
|
|
Because our Virginia
Beach vacation packages are offered at such a substantial savings and includes a
timeshare presentation, not everyone is eligible to take advantage. We do
ask that our guests meet certain qualifications that make vacation ownership a
viable option. |
|
|
| Why are residents of certain states not eligible for certain packages? |
|
|
Each state has different laws as it relates to the marketing of vacation ownership. In some cases, depending on these state laws, we may not be approved to market within a state. In order to abide by these regulations, we cannot offer residents of those states one of our Virginia Beach vacation packages. |
