Gold Key Vacations Terms and Conditions In order to qualify for a discounted Gold Key vacation package, the following eligibility requirements must be met: Timeshare Tour: All adults in your travel party must attend a 90-120 timeshare presentation of the Ocean Beach Club Resort. If married, engaged or cohabitating, both husband / wife / significant other must attend. Individuals who are separated or in the process of a divorce are not eligible. Income: Reservation holders single or combined income must be at least $65,000 annually prior to taxes. Guest may only combine income with a significant other who resides in the same household. If combining income, guests must show proof of cohabitation. Acceptable proof is: matching addresses on government issued ID’s, utility bills, rental lease, band statement, car registration or mortgage statement. Income may include disability, retirement, investment, net rental proceeds, bonuses commissions, salary and alimony. Income does not include unemployment or child support. Wage earner must be currently employed. Age: Reservation holder must be at least 28 years of age if married or cohabitating; 35 years of age if single. Other Eligibility Requirements:
Vacation Cancellation Policy - Reservations made through Gold Key Vacations are non-transferable, and only valid for the guest name appearing on the reservation. In the event that your plans change and you need to cancel or change your arrival date, you need to notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We will be happy to help you reschedule your Virginia Beach vacation to a new date. Please remember, Gold Key vacation packages are non-refundable so the amount you paid for your original arrival date will be applied to your new arrival date. If there is a different in package price, you will be responsible for paying the difference for your new date. Cancellations or changes to your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date will be subject to a $50 reschedule fee, which will be refunded to you upon completion of your timeshare tour. Only one reschedule will be allowed per guest. In the event that you do not show up on your scheduled arrival date, your guest pay will be forfeited and no future reschedules allowed. Additionally, no refunds will be given for early check outs or late check ins. Product/Package Delivery - A Vacation Package Confirmation letter will be delivered via mail, fax or email. Form Submissions and Affiliate Statement By completing a form on this web site, I authorize Gold Key Resorts to contact me by telephone, mail, or email for purposes of providing discounted vacation offers and an invitation to attend a sales presentation at one of its resorts, even though I may be on a Do Not Call list. Gold Key Resorts markets and sells luxury vacation ownership resorts. Professional Hospitality Resources (PHR) manages hotels, resorts and restaurants. Affiliated since 1990, Gold Key Resorts and PHR share our marketing lists. We take seriously the trust you place in us and will not under any circumstances sell, rent, trade or lease your personal information to others outside our companies On occasion we may mail, email or phone exclusive offers including hotel packages and specials, dining discounts, Gold Key Resort vacation ownership and an invitation to tour one of Gold Key's luxury resorts. |
