One of the longest running surfing competitions returns to Virginia Beach August 27 - 30 when the 47th Annual East Coast Surfing Championships hit the beach. Amateur and pro surfers from around the globe will compete in our great resort venue. But, this event is more than a surfing competition...there's live entertainment, skimboarding, skateboarding and volleyball competitions, a 5-K run as well as a swimsuit contest.
