If you have already made your reservations to enjoy a Gold Key Vacation in Virginia Beach, we have put together a quick reference guide on some important information you will need to know for your vacation. Requesting a Confirmation Packet
If you need to receive a confirmation of your existing reservation, you may do so by visiting www.goldkeyvacations.com/confirmations. Simply enter your phone number and the confirmation number given to you at time of booking and a full confirmation of your reservation will be displayed.
Gold Key Vacation Eligibility Requirements
During your reservation process, you were asked a series of qualifications questions as well as made aware of the timeshare presentation that is a required part of your stay. For additional quality assurance, prior to arrival, we ask that you complete a Guest Registration Form. This form can be accessed online at the link provided below. Your tour reservation will not be secured without completing this form and reviewing it with our Hospitality Department upon Check In. Please click here to complete your Guest Registration Form.
Vacation Cancellation Policy
Gold Key Vacations has already reserved your hotel accommodations. If you chose to cancel, if you are unable to attend or if you do not qualify for this package, you will be ineligible to receive a refund and you may incur an additional charge of $59. If you find that you are unable to arrive on your original dates, please contact our Hospitality Department at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to reschedule your vacation. A minimum of a $50 refundable deposit will be required to reschedule. You may reschedule to arrive within 30 days of your original arrival date. If rescheduling within 14 days, you will have to pay the new package price for any new dates in addition to the $50 refundable deposit. Rates vary due to season so please confirm your new rate when rescheduling. When calling, please have your confirmation number ready so that our Hospitality Associate can better assist you. Please note, this promotional discount does not allow pets. Please contact our Guest Service Department if you need assistance with kennel service. This offer is limited to one per family, group or household.
Check In Information
All guests must check in at the Ocean Beach Club Discovery Center. Here you will receive your hotel andtour passports as well as additional information about Virginia Beach activities and events. The Discovery Center is located on the corner of 34th Street and Atlantic Avenue, at 3316 Atlantic Avenue. Parking for the Hospitality Center is available in the Parking Garage at 34th Street and Pacific Avenue. The Garage entrance is between 33rd and 34th street, and is marked with a sign reading 'Discovery Center Guests Only.' (Please begin slowing at 33rd Street and put on your right turn signal. The entrance is in the middle of the block.)
The Discovery Center is open Mon-Sat 9am-7pm and Sunday 12pm-7pm. If you are unable to check in at the Discovery Center during our posted hours, please call 800-765-7515 as soon as possible so that special arrangements can be made. Upon check in, all hotels do require a major credit card to cover loss, damage or incidentals during your stay.

What to Expect When You Arrive
When You Arrive at Your Hotel...
After you visit the Discovery Center, you may proceed to check in at your hotel. Hotel check in begins at 4pm. At the hotel, you will need the hotel passport, issued at the Discovery Center, and a credit card imprint to cover incidentals. Your hotel passport will be used as payment for your room charges included in your package. Please note, you are responsible for all other incidental charges during your stay. Also, because our hotels strive for the ultimate level in cleanliness, pets are not allowed within the hotels.
Your Tour...
Your tour will include an informal, 90-120 minute timeshare presentation, conducted by Gold Key Resorts. Your passport will contain your scheduled time and date of presentation. Be sure to bring your tour passport, a credit card and picture identification with you to the Discover Center for your tour. Additionally, children may attend the timeshare presentation with you or you may enroll them in the care of a qualified childcare associate. The childcare center is located adjacent to the presentation room and includes a TV with cartoons, board games, toys etc. Please note: Childcare is only available for ages two years and older.
