This sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. on April 15, 2008. This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are, as of March 1, 2008, age 28 or older, legal residents of the United States residing in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, and the District of Columbia. Only ONE (1) entry per household, duplicates discarded. By completing this form or online, I authorize Gold Key Resorts to contact me by telephone or email for purposes of winning notification, entry verification and vacation offers that may include a tour and sales presentation at one of its affiliated resorts, even though I may be on a Do Not Call list. This permission is granted until such time as I request its termination.
Employees and directors of Gold Key Resorts (GKR), Professional Hospitality Resources (PHR), or Vacation Rentals (VRLLC) ("Sponsor") or any of its companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or vendors and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or participate, win, or use the prizes.
HOW TO ENTER: For a chance to win visitors can enter the sweepstakes by filling out an entry form at hotels, various retail locations, at consumer trade shows, or at http://www.goldkeyvacations.com.
PHR/VRLLC/GKR is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes, including any error, interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail or entries not received by deadline for whatever reason. Illegible or incomplete entries (all required fields must be filled out) will be disqualified. Entries become the property of PHR/VRLLC/GKR and will not be returned.
PRIZE: Prize package includes Three days / two nights accommodations redeemable prior to July 30, 2008. Package also includes $50 Dinner Certificate valid at one of four oceanfront restaurants and four tickets to the Virginia Aquarium.
AWARD NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be selected by random drawing on April 16, 2008, from among eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone. Acceptance of the Gold Key Vacations Win the Ultimate Holiday Getaway Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the sponsor to use winner’s name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Any award not claimed within 30 days after notice to recipient will be forfeited. The name of winner of the sweepstakes will be available during the month of May 2008 by sending a self-addressed stamped business size envelope to: Ultimate Holiday Giveaway Winner, Gold Key Resorts, 932 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
